The New England Patriots went belly up yesterday in their playoff game against the Baltimore Ravens. The game clearly exposed a team that was not the same as the Super Bowl teams of the past few years. They sort of slid into the playoffs and did not have any major signature wins and were undermanned as well. Although Belichick's system is one of the best ever, they have lost a lot of key players and you cannot replace them that easily. They have a lot of work to do over the off season if they even want to think about getting to another Super Bowl in the Brady/Belichick era.
